Go To SiOnline Agent Login Page
Visit Login Page On www.sionline.in
Enter Your SiOnline Login ID & Password & Than Click on "Click To Login"

Than Click on IRCTC Daily RDS Booking Report
Here a Report Will Open Showing Your IRCTC Bookings For Which Amount is Debited
Here Please Note That This Report Shows Only Those Transactions For Which Amount is Debited
Transactions For Which No Amount is Debited From Your Wallet Balance are Not Shown Here
Here on Right Side, A Refund Request Button is Given Across All Your IRCTC Booking Transactions
Click on Refund Request Button for Transsactions Which is Failed
Failed Bookings Refer To Bookings Where Amount Got Debited But PNR Not Generated
Please Note That PNR Number Gets Updated in SiOnline System on Next Working Day, So You Need To Check Failed Bookings Manually from IRCTC Login
Once You Click on Refund Request, The Green Button Will Change To Refund Requested
Please Wait for Approval From SiOnline For Refund Request Submitted & To Get Amount Refunded To Your SiOnline Wallet Balance.

Refund Request Approval is a Manual Process & Hence Requests are Approved Only on Working Days & Working Hours
PNR Number For Successful Booking Reflect on Next Working Day
