These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Android mobile application (“App”), our services, and related content provided through www.sionline.in and www.sionline.co.in (collectively, the “Platform”).

By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

• By using this App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• The App provides access to services offered by SI Online Technomart Pvt. Ltd., including but not limited to:
  • Online Fastag issuance
  • Fastag Replacement
  • Bharat Bill Payment Services
  • DMT
• We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
• You agree not to misuse the App by attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, or interfering with its functionality.

4. Payments & Fees

• Certain services may be chargeable. By using paid services, you agree to pay the applicable fees, charges, and taxes.
• All payments are processed securely through approved gateways.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, designs, logos, and trademarks available in the App are owned by or licensed to SI Online Technomart Pvt. Ltd.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

• The App may integrate third-party services (e.g., FASTag, BBPS, ETC).
• We are not responsible for any failures, delays, or issues arising from third-party services.
• Your use of such services will be governed by the respective third party’s terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We strive to ensure accuracy and availability of services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
• The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

• By using the App, you consent to such collection and usage.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• Upon termination, you must cease using the App immediately.

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, India.

• Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
